Job Description:
Exceed sales targets as assigned.
Do competitor research to stay up-to-date with market trends and provide insights to the team and management.
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle (approaching-trading term negotiation-execution)
Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of our goods.
Proactively expand the list of accounts and responsible to generate sales through B2B channels (offline and online).
Maintain product listing and pricing.
Maintain a positive relationship with existing accounts.
Prepare regular sales reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance. Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B/Key Account field.
Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Korean is a plus.
Has a wide list of beauty or personal care distributors and resellers, mainly in MT (Guardian, Watson, Sociolla, Beauty Haul, etc).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Great data analysis skills and proven experience in managing sales reports and data.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Up to date with the latest issue, trends, and insights.
Strong knowledge of beauty industry business.
Willing to travel when needed.
Willing to do WFO
