Responsibilities:
• Directing all operational aspects including Distribution, Customer Service, Human Capital, Administration and Sales.
• Providing Training, Coaching, Development and Motivation the employee.
• Developing Forecasts, Financial Objectives and Business Plan. Qualifications:
• Min. education level at B`achelor Degree for all majors
• Min. 3 years experiences in the same position (Game Center, Theme Park, Bank, Insurance, and Hospitality Industry)
• High entrepreneurial spirit
• Able to communication in English (Preferred)
• Digital Savvy
• Have the ability to negotiate, communicate, and lead a team
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work in shifts
