Job Description

• Develop brand strategy & tactical plans
• Led the cross-functional local teams, including conducting marketing activities
• In-depth understanding of the Indonesia Healthcare System and the role of multiple stakeholders
• Monitoring product performance and external environment
• Plan, monitor, and control brand budgets and expenses
• Engage with KOL/Key Customers and identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions
• emonstrate a high level of Product Knowledge and Therapy Area Knowledge
• Responsible for achieving National target min. 100% and growing the business
• Growing the market share of the brands or becoming the market leader
• Independently set clear objectives and develop strategies for each account to drive product adoption and growth
• Independently identify potential customers or new area expansion
