Our client is a market-leading Cloud services company who needs no introduction. Long-time player in the industry with a solid reputation for its cutting-edge technology and brand. Currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their commercial team to expand their businesses

Job Description

Customer Acquisition & Growth:

  • Identify key industries, customers, and decision-makers in Indonesia.
  • Build trust, understand customer needs, and create strategic opportunities.
  • Upsell existing accounts through service enhancements and resource expansion.
  • Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders (CXOs and decision-makers).
Value Delivery & Technical Expertise:
  • Explain Cloud's product value and competitive advantages, including Apsara Stack, AI/Intelligent Computing, and various solutions.
  • Tailor solutions to customer needs and clearly communicate their business benefits.
Closing Deals & Driving Growth:
  • Convert opportunities into successful deals through effective communication, business proposals, and resource integration.
  • Influence customer decisions to adopt and continuously using their Cloud solutions.
  • Drive internal improvements based on customer feedback to enhance product and process.
Customer Support & Success:
  • Provide full lifecycle support, ensure project success, and troubleshoot product usage issues.
  • Support customers in achieving their technical goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
  • 7+ years of sales experience with ICT/tech focus, proven track record in enterprise sales (Retail, Logistic, Media).
  • Strong network in Indonesian companies
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English proficiency required.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, diverse, global environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and resources.
  • Adaptable, conflict-resolving, and highly ethical.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with urgency.
  • Any cloud provider certification a plus.
