Business Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating leads and closing deals for Kontrak Hukum's legal technology solutions with a focus on micro and small-sized businesses. The job also involves creating marketing campaigns, organizing events, and maintaining good relationships with existing customers. Requirements:
Strong business acumen, negotiation, and sales skills
Experience in business development, preferably in legal tech, B2B sales, or consulting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multiple languages
Achievement-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure
Good understanding of legal services, corporate legal management, business process requirements and related market trends
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Law, Marketing or a relevant field
