Business Development Manager - Building Equipment

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf one of well known building materials company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years of experience in business strategic in multinational company for the job of Business Development Manager. The job is based in Jakarta Area, Indonesia. Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute strategic business plans to meet corporate targets.
• Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market share.
• Perform market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor movements.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and finalize deals that drive long-term revenue growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business development efforts are aligned and supported.
• Create and present reports, proposals, and presentations to senior leadership.
• Track and analyze business development performance, recommending improvements when needed Requirements :
• At least 15 years of total experience.
• MBA from a recognized institution.
• Experience in banking, analytics, multinational companies, or business consulting is preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or related fields.
• Strong grasp of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willingness to travel as needed.
