- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster a strong and active community of UnitedGroup users and community.
- Engage with the community through various channels, including social media, forums, events, and online communities, to address inquiries, provide support, and foster positive interactions.
- Plan and organize community events, workshops, and webinars to educate and empower users about United Group and its products and services.
- Monitor and analyze community feedback, sentiments, and trends to identify areas for improvement and address concerns proactively.
- Manage SEO and Ads/boost activities to provide effective conversion rate
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders within the customers community to expand United Group's reach and influence.
- Conduct regular social media audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the content strategy and adjust as needed.
- Actively participate in online conversations and engage with the community to build a positive brand image.
- Stay abreast of platform algorithm changes and updates, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the CS team to address customer inquiries and concerns on social media.
- Copywriting & script writing experience is a plus point
