Creative Head

• Develop and implement a comprehensive creative vision for the company, ensuring that all creative work aligns with the company's brand identity.
• Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers.
• Develop and execute creative campaigns across all channels, including print, digital, social media, and experiential.
• Partner with marketing, fashion design, and product teams to create campaigns that drive results.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest creative trends and technologies.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Min.5 years of experience in a Creative Leadership role (Retail and Fashion industry are preferred).
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Brand Identity and Messaging.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of Creative Professionals.
