Responsibilities:
Implement and manage CRM software to streamline customer data, enhance communication, and improve overall customer experience as a leader.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of CRM strategies with business goals.
Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and processes.
Monitor and maintain data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Min. 2 years of experience in a CRM or related role.
Ability to analyze customer data and extract insights to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Capacity to identify issues or challenges in the customer journey and develop effective solutions.
Understanding of sales and marketing principles to align CRM strategies with broader business goals.
Knowledge of data management principles and the ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
