Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Customer Relation Management & Sales Support Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Customer Relation Management or Sales Support in F&B / HORECA / Food Manufacturing
  • Have experience in working at a B2B Company will be a plus
  • Have experience using Zendesk is a must
  • 6-month project contract with the opportunity to become a permanent employee
  • Willing to work at Samora Group Head Office, Menara Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends & achievements
  • Collaborate with Sales team to seamless sales transactions
  • Support Sales team in managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Stay updated with CRM developments and trends to recommend enchancements and improvements
