Job Description

• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized implementation plans to meet their needs
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of implementation projects
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve project objectives and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process, proactively addressing issues as they arise
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and any potential roadblocks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline implementation processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Act as a subject matter expert on data center solutions, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and clients as needed

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in project management, with portfolio in implementing data center solutions
• Strong technical background in data center infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions
• Fluent in English
