Deputy Engineering Manager

Requirement:

• Bachelor of Electrical / Power Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of related work experience.
• EPC & Field Experience is a must
• Must have participated in all phases of a Construction Project, including Survey, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning
• Team leading / managerial experience is a must, minimal 2 years with 2 or more subordinates
• Familiarity with national / international electrical standards
• Electrical Engineering experience is a must
• EPC/Field experience is a must.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Manage, Supervise, and Review of Engineering & Design process
2. Develop solutions based on Technical Requirements.
3. Ensure compliance to national / international technical standards
4. Technical Discussions & Presentations with Project Management Leader, Clients and other third parties.
5. Participating in long-term Research and Development Strategy with Founders and Executives.
6. Create, evaluate, and ensure proper implementation of company internal policies.
7. Organize operational culture / habit to ensure high performance standard from all employees, which includes upholding teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, and continuous improvement.

Point Plus:

1. Have experience in Solar PV Projects.
2. Worked in an electrical-heavy national/multinational EPC / Contractor.
3. Familiar with Electrical Power Devices (Relay / Inverter / Transformer / etc.).
