As a Digital Manager at dentsu, you'll be at the heart of our clients' digital transformation journeys. Your mission is to craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that not only achieve but exceed client goals. You'll leverage your expertise to recommend the most effective digital channels, collaborate seamlessly with our Digital Operations team, and ensure every campaign you oversee is a resounding success.

Our expertise areas are Strategy and Transformation, Insights and Planning, Buying, Optimization, Media effectiveness and the like. Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend and plan strategies for key digital channels, including Social Media, Programmatic, Search, e-Commerce, and Publishers campaigns.

  • Work closely with the Digital Operations team to manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.

  • Ensure that campaign delivery aligns with agreed-upon KPIs and media metrics.

  • Share data-driven insights with immediate and wider teams, tracking customer journeys through our digital estate and optimizing for conversion.

  • Organize, build, and engage with custom audiences that align with target audience segments strategy.

  • Utilize multiple ad management platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Google Analytics, and programmatic DSPs.

  • Frequently report to line managers and align across teams (insights team, CXM teams, etc.) to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.

  • Present broader digital strategies to clients effectively in both Bahasa and English, showcasing strong digital media sense and strategic thinking.


A bit about you

  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing management within an agency setting, with a strong track record of successful campaign execution.

  • Deep understanding of various digital channels, including Social Media, Programmatic, Search, e-Commerce, and Publisher campaigns.

  • Proficiency in using ad management platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Google Analytics, and programmatic DSPs.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English, with the ability to present strategies to clients confidently.

  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.
