Responsibilities and Duties
Develop, implement, and maintaining end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including blogs, social media, search engines, and display networks Monitorand optimize advertising performance to ensure maximum ROI and achieve setKPI ConductA/B testing and analyze campaign data both from paid ads and SEO channel to refinestrategies and improve overall campaign and budget effectiveness. MaintainingSEO initiatives to enhance the organic visibility of our brand in search engine Conductthorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for contentoptimization and improved rankings Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders to ensure that SEO content and bestpractices are integrated into all digital content. Generatecompelling and SEO-friendly content, including articles, blog posts, andwebsite copy, to engage and attract our target audience. Stayabreast of industry trends (especially sustainability, agritech any relevanttopic). Stayup to date with algorithm changes to adapt content strategies accordingly Utilizeanalytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digitalmarketing campaigns. Provideregular insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance futurestrategies. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including design, business development and projectteam, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Stayinformed about product updates, launches, and promotions to align marketingactivities effectively.
What are the requirement of the Position?
Requirements
Minimumbachelor’s degree in any major. Preferred in journalism, communications,marketing, or a related field Skilledin maintaining paid ads experience (paid social media, display ads/programmaticads, and search engine marketing) and SEO campaigns (3-5 years of experiencerequired). Understandingof search engine algorithms and ranking method Stronganalytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experiencewith SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Abilityto generate compelling and engaging content. Experiencewith WordPress or other content management systems Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understandingof content strategy Understanding of Agri-techor sustainable industry is a plus
