Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective and innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns including website, SEM, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
Designing digital and social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Implementing and monitoring digital and social media campaigns by regularly tracking, measuring, and revising campaigns based on performance to optimize ROI.
Learning market trends and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaborating with the creative and sales teams to develop compelling and effective content.
Building relationships with users and building brand awareness through social media.
Handle day-to-day digital marketing operations. The qualifications required for this position are:
At least 1 year of work experience in Digital Marketing evidenced by previous work portfolios.
In-depth knowledge of social media paid ads, META, Google ads, SEO, SEM, and website analytics with a strong ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
Knowledge of Business Strategy/ Strategic Planning (Perencanaan Strategi Bisnis), Content Marketing, Adwords and/or Display Advertising, Email Marketing, E-commerce, Social Media, basic HTML, and Web Publishing.
Skills in planning, organizing, and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and social media algorithms.
Deep budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget.
The innovative mindset allows them to come up with creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Good communication skills and strong presentation skills.
Willing to Work From the Office in Kemang Selatan, Jakarta Selatan
