Job Description

•Leadership and support over the operational departments of Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering

•Assist the General Manager with strategic planning, project and reporting

•Leading, developing and inspiring the team to create the exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

•Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to develop, empower and coach a team

•Proven record of maintaining service standards and delivering exceptional guest service

•Previous experience in Operations rôle with expertise in Sales & Marketing
