• You’ll ensure the smooth running of the culinary operation alongside the Executive Chef.
• You’ll develop your team and create an environment that brings out the best in culinary team.
• You’ll ensure consistency and high quality in food taste, temperature and presentation.
• You’ll ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• You’ll control budgets with a specific focus on food and labor costs.
• You’ll build strong, trusting and respectful relationships with our suppliers.
