We are now seeking a position as a Field Sales Supervisor for Dairy Products Manufacturing Company, who will handle the following key responsibilities:

Ensure the sales activity performed with good and right by a team of sales distributors

Support the activities of logistics in the distributor related to the activity of the sale of products and delivery document billing to head office

Ensure the handling of products in warehouses and transport distributors are conducted in accordance with the standard specified

Support promotional program that has been planned by the Marketing Team Create reports sales activities and promotions in areas

Build a team sales distributors in doing the activity of the sale of products Performing the duties of other in accordance with the discretion of the company

Manage & partnership distributor – sell in sell out

In responsible handling Inventory, operation distribution, managing AR, managing sales man & OM distributor.

Handling channel horeca for background experience with general trade exposure.

Handling Fresh distribution product expiry 37 days

Experienced in handling dairy products such as dairy, fresh & UHT, Yoghurt, Cheese, etc.
