Finance Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience 5 years in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years as supervisor
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willing to travel for business purposes
• Applicants must be willing to be placed in PT Sukses Mantap Sejahtera, Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable to our vendors, consultants, business partners
• Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices according to payment policy
• Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support
• Verify claims and process orders and deposit slips
• Produce a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
• Check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
• Reconcile and report any discrepancies found in the records
• Perform clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
