JOB REQUIREMENT

- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest complaints and inquiries efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office applications.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest transactions and bookings.
