Job Description
Coordinate with vendors regarding maintenance of all office assets (office building, vehicles, work equipment, events).
Ensure the availability of office stationery.
Controlling good and damaged assets (and repair problems if any)
Extend of Vehicle License Registration (STNK) of operational cars.
Responsible for all General Affair work (asset inventory and maintenance, company legality, safety).
Look for references for all office and building inventory equipment repairs.
Controlling office building maintenance checklist (AC repairs, building leaks.)
Coordinate Cleanliness, Safety and Environment with the HR, Office Boy, and HSE Teams.
Responsible for all General Affairs work
Other GA related works Requirements
Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum 1 years’ experience as General Affair, Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
Accustomed to working on GA administration.
Have experience handling company inventory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel is a Must)
Loyal, Fast Learner, Responsive, Responsible
Good communication in English both spoken and written.
