We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for our client who will lead our operations in Jakarta for their globally recognized Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP). The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all strategic, operational, and commercial aspects of the Jakarta office, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services to protect our clients' digital assets.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the business strategy for Indonesia, aligning with global corporate objectives to ensure growth and profitability.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality and security.
Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, enhancing customer relationships, and securing contracts with new clients.
Financial Oversight: Manage the budgetary processes, including P&L responsibility, cost management, and financial forecasting.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that the organization has the necessary skills and resources to meet its objectives.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and manage risks effectively, enhancing the security posture of the business and its clients.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for major clients, developing strategic relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Innovation and Technology Implementation: Stay abreast of technological advancements and cybersecurity trends to incorporate innovative solutions that enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT, cybersecurity, or related fields, with 5+ years in a senior management role.
Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity, managed security services, and the specific challenges and opportunities in the Indonesian market.
Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, lead, and manage a diverse team.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in high-pressure environments.
Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach, with experience in managing client relationships and building customer loyalty.
