Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the garment and textile certification and testing sector.
• Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the garment and textile industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to garment and textile products.
• Ensure that the company's certification and testing processes comply with relevant national and international standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their certification and testing needs.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory testing procedures.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to uphold the integrity of the certification process.
• Develop and manage budgets for the certification and testing division.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Textile Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Management).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in consumer product certification and testing, with a focus on garments and textiles.
• Proven track record in leadership and strategic management.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in financial management and budgeting.
