General Manager (Distribution-Sales)

We are now seeking a position as a General Manager for Building Material Manufacturing Company, who will handle the following key responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market.

Collaborate with a team of department heads to ensure smooth operations, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources.

Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity, streamlining the company's operations and ensuring optimal performance.

Oversee financial performance and ensure profitability, including budget preparation and tracking, financial analysis, and reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies, to ensure the company's continuous growth and sustainability.

Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, analyzing market trends and adapting the company's strategy accordingly.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to labor laws, tax regulations, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
