Placement : Kranggan, Bekasi Descriptions :
• Manage & reporting all aspects of bakery & pastry production
• Create new product
• Maintain and supervise Human Resources by reducing absenteeism, increasing discipline
• Consistency in applying work methods and work safety
• Streamline the operation of existing equipment and machines
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, machinery and work environment
• Making production reports, attendance, use of raw materials, production results Requirements :
• Minimum diploma degree of F & B / hospitality / management
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar capacity
• Having bakery & pastry production skill
• Excellent management & problem solving skill
• Strong leadership & computer skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good understanding and experience HACCP, and Halal Assurance System will be an advantage.
