Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Head of Product Marketing

Product Management
• Oversee and lead a team of Product Managers to launch the company’s Indonesia application and accomplish corporation’s commercial goals.
• Drive strategic roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to deliver the best of our product.
• Oversee day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
• Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to increase adoption rate of clients.
• Develop plans and execute functional strategies for a country, multiple countries, region, or business requiring coordination and integration across units as well as provide input into strategic decisions within a region or business.
• Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans.

Sales and Marketing
• Oversee and lead a team of Sales and Marketing Managers to accomplish established goals.
• Build, plan and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for a country, multiple countries, region.
• Prepare and manage sales and marketing budget and plan.
• Manage and oversee different sales and marketing channels.
• Measure ROI and KPIs.
• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.

• Graduate degree, preferably in Business or related disciplines; with at least 10 years of similar experience in a related financial institution.
• Minimally 5-7 years of leadership capacity in leading teams and implementing new products; recent stints in leading digital projects would be a strong plus.
• Strong customer-orientation, commercial awareness and prior stints in customer-centric organizations would be highly advantageous.
• Consistent track record in project management and implementation.
• An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; an authentic leader with good time management, inclusive behaviors and a strong belief in people development.
• Fluency in the Chinese language is a necessity as this role will be working very closely with counterparts based in China.
