Develop and strengthen focus account customer
Manage performance of assigned vertical sales team to achieve sales numbers
Prospect, qualify, and develop leads within the [Industry] sector
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions
Negotiate and close deals to achieve ambitious sales targets
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape
Your defining qualities
Bachelor Degree in engineering or related major
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Automation industry
A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of the Automation industries; motors, drive, PLC, market and its pain points
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
The ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
A collaborative and results-oriented mindset
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiencies
