RUC Mining are seeking an experienced HR Manager on a 6 weeks on and 3 weeks roster to join our team of highly skilled people for, the Tembagapura site in the Papua - Indonesia
About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage employee relations and staffing.
Provide professional leadership, support and development to HR staff in order to increase knowledge, share best practices and ensure that relevant professional standards are met Manage the execution of the HR strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as management of the HR budget Take a lead role in strengthening the organisational culture, ensuring that the company values are displayed Ensure managers are sufficiently skilled and enabled to access appropriate guidance and information to manage workforce issues Ensure that the company complies with current regulations, policies and procedures and legislation Position Requirements
Indonesian Citizenship S1 Psychology, Law or related is preferred Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Role Able to demonstrate his ability to work in a multicultural environment (proven track record) Mining Experience Advantageous About RUC Mining
