Manage and develop the organization's human resources
Create and maintain an effective HR system
Fully responsible for the employee recruitment process
Measuring and evaluating employee KPI
Conduct coaching, training, and development activities for employees
Manage employee absenteeism and determine salaries, bonuses, and allowances
Administer disciplinary action for policy violations
Monitor, measure, and report on HR development plans and identify opportunities
Manage and control HR spending per department within approved budgets
Act as a liaison with other functional and department managers
Evaluate and develop HR management strategies and assess their performance
Assess employee performance.
