Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including personnel records maintenance, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the school community.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in compliance with privacy and labor laws.
Handle employee inquiries and address personnel-related issues with empathy and discretion.
Support HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
Collaborate with HR team members and school management to implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic assessments of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.
Assist in organizing training sessions and professional development programs for staff members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Personnel with a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced company.
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Solid understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and best practices.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in using HRIS and MS Office applications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
Familiarity with the education sector is advantageous.
