Job Description
- Support in developing and delivering strategic HR plans, including team restructuring and morale building, which fits with the overall business direction- Ensure that all HR systems and HR processes are implemented properly in daily basis- Supervise and lead HR and GA team, providing guidance, coaching and support- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation- Responsible for developing and implementing training and performance management programs - Analyze trends, maintain, and design employee benefits and retention programs, including salary and compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation- Monitor and support recruitment process until onboarding stage- Coordinate and manage office arrangements and facilities- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services- Plan and execute company events- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals and operations are aligned with business initiatives- Handle confidential matters with discretion- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
