We are now seeking a position as a HRGA Manager for Injection Plastics Manufacturing Company, who will handle the following key responsibilities:

Evaluate the submission of employee needs in accordance with the Man Power Planning.

Manage the process of meeting the needs of employees in accordance with the required qualification standards.

Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate employee assessment results.

Plan and manage employee training activities.

Monitor the implementation of employee administration.

Manage the fulfillment of the company's legal aspects.

Monitor the smooth running of utility maintenance activities according to schedule.

Manage official travel arrangement activities.

Analyze and monitor employee discipline, and manage payroll activities.

Manage B3 waste handling activities.

Establish steps to implement safety and 5R

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law

Have minimum 5 years experience in the same position

Able to operate computer minimum Ms. office

Maximum age 40 years
