HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (HCM) SUPERVISOR Job Responsibility:
- Strategic Human Capital (HC)
- Talent and Development Basic Qualifications:
• Male, max. 35 years of age
• Hold minimum a bachelor’s degree from PTN in Java, with a GPA min. 3.00
• Min. 3 years of experience as Team Leader in HRD/HCM area(s)
• Preferably Certified HC/HR Supervisor Technical Competencies:
• MS Office and computer/internet savvy
• Comprehensive HRD/HCM knowledge
• Experience in designing HCM system and Strategic Planning
• Experience as Coach/Mentor/Counsellor
