HR
Manage the staffing process.
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Ensure all company Human Resource policies are applied consistently.
Maintain company organization charts, employee directory, pay plan, benefits program, and BPJS
Monitor internal HR systems and processes.
Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. GA
Maintain office facility and assets & liaise with building management
Coordinate with finance team & vendor related to invoice and payment
Ensuring the office environment is neat, tidy, and clean to increase work productivity.
Supervise routine and non-routine office purchasing (stationary, etc.) & maintain stock availability.
Maintain good relation and identified employee needs related to general affairs. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business management or human resources.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR department.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
People oriented and results driven.
Advance Skill with Excel Program.
Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) i.e. Talenta.
Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices.
High attention of detail
English (Conversational level).
30 - 37yr old
Willing to work on Saturday
