Responsibilities:
1. Successful business development strategy in line with the Company’s plans of increasing its influencer marketing solutions.
2. Win new business and achieve agreed revenue
3. Generate result-oriented leads for Influencer marketing
4. Develop business relationships with top advertisers and marketing agencies in Indonesia for selling Influencer marketing solutions
5. Write compelling business proposals
6. Pitch business proposals to Agency, negotiate and close sales
7. Travel as required Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree or MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business or any similar field
2. Have experience min 2-3 years for Junior level and 3-5 years for Senior level
3. Have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in winning new influencer marketing business for lead Level
4. Good Knowledge of Influencer marketing is must.
5. Working Experience in any influencer agency is must
6. Have a proven track record of selling influencer services to leading brands and Agencies.
7. Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with brands and Advertising agencies
8. Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
9. Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
10. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills
11. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
12. Good communication, interpersonal skill, and negotiation skill.
13. Good in leading and manage a team (for Leader)
14. Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)
