The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze the personal or corporate risks of customers and assess their insurance needs.
• Introduce and promote the company's insurance products to customers, explain insurance terms, premiums and claims procedures.
• Follow up with customers regularly to provide renewal and customer service support.
• Process customer insurance applications and change requests to ensure accurate and timely processing of information.
• Assist customers in handling insurance claims to ensure that customer rights are effectively protected.

• Be familiar with various insurance products and their market operation mechanisms.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, able to effectively promote the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly express complex insurance concepts and product information.
