IT Governance Officer

- Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines for ICT governance as general guidelines at business locations.
- Develop and implement periodic survey procedures on integrated ICT governance at business unit locations.
- Identify weaknesses in the company's internal ICT governance system.
- Prepare reports on implementation, findings, and survey results related to ICT governance for the IT Coordinator.
- Collaborate with the IT Coordinator and System & Security Analyst to analyze findings, provide recommendations for improvements, and deliver solutions to the General Manager and survey participants.
- Monitor and report the progress of improvements based on survey findings at business unit locations.


JOB REQUIREMENT

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Information Technology or a relevant background.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the IT field.
- Preferred to have CISA certification.
- Strong understanding of IT Governance concepts and frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001.
- Analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions to identified issues.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Willing to travel for work assignments as required.
