Junior Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing

Currently, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to work in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Placement: Jakarta
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Responsibilities:
Identify partnership opportunities in digital advertising;
Develop new relationships in effort to grow business and help the company expand to agencies and direct brands;
Conduct industry research to create and develop effective sales solutions;
Conduct business meetings with key stakeholders;
Promote and sell company’s products or services to prospective clients;
Communicate with clients, answer important questions and any inquiries on the company's products and services;
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;
Maintain existing business;
Plan, implement, and evaluate all campaigns & projects critically. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1 year prior industry-related business development experience;
Strong connection with Media buying Agencies and Direct brand;
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, programmatic advertising, and mobile advertising technology (Preferably someone who has strong knowledge in Media Buying product);
Familiar with specific sales and marketing tools / CRM (Pipedrive / Agile CRM / Sales Force);
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals;
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to identify new leads, create opportunities, negotiate deals and close them;
Ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation, resilience, and a customer-focused approach;
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet varied demands and deadlines;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Bahasa (oral and written);
Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills;
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
Focused and goal-oriented.
