KOL Senior / Influencer Marketing

We are looking for an expert Influencer Marketing Specialist based in Indonesia, Jakarta, Working onsite, to execute our influencer marketing strategies and campaigns and increase brand awareness & conversions. Your job duties will include identifying new partnership opportunities, developing relationships with prominent influencers, and brainstorming creative and engaging content ideas for influencer campaigns targeting different social media platforms. Reporting to Country Manager, As an Influencer Marketing, you need to have prior experience in a role in digital marketing, influencer & sales & marketing. Our ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of the social media and influencer landscape and proficiency in analytics tools. Responsibilities: ● Proficiency in using YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and other overseas platforms for product marketing and brand promotion, mainly to promote the achievement of sales. ● According to the marketing purpose, formulate cooperation terms flexibly, and analyze and monitor the performance of KOL. ● Classify online celebrities according to marketing goals (UGC, Traffic boosting, Converted sales) and completion effects (CPM, ROAS) Have the common function formula of Excel (such as Vlookup, Sum, Averaged, Counties) the use of pivot table ● Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, data collation ● Maintain, managed, and arrange all influencers, develop marketing plan according to marketing purpose (manager)● Coordinate the team, regularly output case sharing, newcomer induction training (manager)● Responsible for the aggregation and analysis of team data (manager) Requirement: ● Excelent in Communications ● Minimum experiences 3-5 years in the same position/similar field. ● Can speak Mandarinn (Preferred) or English. ● Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field ● Prior experience in leading influencer marketing campaigns ● Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing tools & trends. ● Proven experience in using social media platforms as marketing Channels Please apply including your CV/Resume & KOL Campaign Portfolio in ENGLISH only.
