Lead Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Ideally Chartered Engineer
• 20 Years in O&G
• 15 Years in Pre-commissioning & commissioning engineering discipline
• 10 Years as Pre-commissioning & commissioning specialist
• Experience in developing pre-commissioning and commissioning strategy, plan and procedures for pipeline.
• Has performed pre-commissioning and commissioning risk analysis and identifies, develops and follows up on risk mitigations actions with the engineers in different disciplines.
• Has experience to manage, review and comment all pre-commissioning and commissioning related engineering deliverables and ensure safe operability requirement been fulfilled.
• Has managed, developed, and coordinated commissioning and start up in relation with other workstreams to achieve fully operational, fully functional, reliable and consistent facilities.
• Extensive experience in FEED and EPCI projects activities related to pre-commissioning & commissioning engineering of big bore and deep water pipeline.
• Proficient knowledge and working experience of pre-commissioning & commissioning engineering involved with all phases of projects from FEED to detail design and through to construction and pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up, project management and QC controls and procedures relating to project delivery.
