Listing Agency Requirements: 1. Informative:
- Able to provide actual information to clients about current Property conditions,
and prices and list the right properties for buyers based on price range and needs.
2. Capable as an advisor and problem solver:
- Providing advice and solutions to sellers so that the property offered can attract buyers, and can influence potential clients to buy, sell, and rent property.
3. Can act as an estimator.
- Able to compare the same property type in an area to determine a competitive price.
4. Can work as a team
- Able to guide sales in dealing with buyers and sellers when conducting the transaction
process related to the property.
- Displaying property listings that are marketed to prospective buyers
5. Administrative:
- Managing the contact list and all necessary documents, including lease or sale and purchase agreement letters
6. Experience in the same field at least 1-2 year
7. Able to work under pressure
