Job Description:
Experience as F&B Manager Hotel or Restaurant at least 3 years
Proven records of sales & marketing on the F&B
Well groomed & have pleasant personality
Developing menus, planning & organizing catering services
Managing day to day operations
Purchasing supplies, managing product inventory, supplying F&B to teams
Training, supervising, developing, and recruitment staff
Handling customer complaints, responding customer needs, developing and maintaining customer service standards
Ensuring quality, safety, hygiene of F&B
Managing F&B budget, forcasting future budget estimation / requirement, providing sales report, expenditure and costs.
Collaborating with external vendor, supplier, to secure contract to supply F&B
