Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will lead and direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and retention programs
Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management issues
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure employees receive timely feedback
- Uphold discipline and issue warning letters (Surat Peringatan) to employees who violate the Peraturan Perusahaan and ensure corrective action is taken
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and create training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Organize and oversee training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and cost-effective
- Conduct salary reviews and manage compensation plans
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are in line with legal requirements
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Work with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead organizational restructuring and change management initiatives
- Provide strategic input on workforce planning and development
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop action plans based on HR analytics
Leave Management:
- Oversee and manage the employee leave system, including vacation, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and other types of leave
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of leave requests and balances
- Implement and communicate leave policies to employees
- Monitor leave usage to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
HR Information System (HRIS) and Payroll Management:
- Maintain and update the HRIS with employee information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure payroll calculations align with company budgets and policies
- Manage and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and tax laws
- Generate HR reports and analytics from the HRIS to support decision-making

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
- Past experience working in tech companies or startups is a plus
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing personnel
- Experience in handling organizational restructuring and change management
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
Skills:

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office

Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Certifications:
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are preferred
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Jakarta
- Hybrid working arrangement (WFO: Monday - Thursday)
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Willingness to travel for business purposes if required
