Introduction to the role

The Marketingmunications Specialist will be responsible for creating and managingmunications for both external audiences (partners or potential customers) and internal stakeholders (the Fasset team). This role involves informing and overseeing all marketing-related activities and other projects within the organization.

What you'll do

Responsible for all materials and maintaining good cooperation between Fasset and its partners or vendors.

Liaise between partners, vendors, and the Fasset team.

Deliver allmunication materials and needs from external parties to the internal team.

Responsible for the relationship between Fasset and any external parties (partners and third-party vendors).

Assist the marketing team, both local and global (if needed), to achieve KPIs as per OKRs.

Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.

Create social media content from start to finish.

Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services across various media (social, print, etc.).

Oversee all ventures through topletion and evaluate their success using various metrics.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.

Who will excel?

3-5 Years experience working in Marketing.

Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role

Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software ( CRM)

Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

Outstandingmunication and interpersonal abilities

Creativity andmercial awareness

A team player with a customer-oriented approach

BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field

Exceptionalmunication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate cross-culture teams.

In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Manage workloads and teams across multiple countries and timezones.
