Marketing Manager (Motion Design Agency)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our motion design agency as a Marketing Manager. This role will play a crucial part in driving our agency's growth by implementing effective marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and generating new business opportunities. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads for our motion design agency.
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve our agency's online visibility and search engine rankings.
Plan, create, and manage Google PPC campaigns to maximize our online advertising efforts and increase conversion rates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing client relationships through email and LinkedIn communication.
Conduct B2B sales activities, including responding to website inquiries, booking calls for the CEO, and sending follow-up emails and contracts.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Monitor marketing analytics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Solid knowledge and experience in SEO strategies and implementation.
Proficiency in managing Google PPC campaigns and optimizing advertising performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients via email and LinkedIn.
Proven track record in B2B sales and lead generation.
Experience within a marketing agency or previous involvement in a creative discipline or agency is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of motion design and the ability to understand and articulate its value to clients is a plus.
