This role will sit within the Perfumery & Beauty team and will be responsible for active contribution to grow the business and profitability of Indonesia P&B Division through Marketing tactics & strategies for categories of responsibility.

Your Key Responsibilities
MISSION
Implement local Marketing activities in line with Commercial strategies and objectives. Ensure updates and upgrades of local Marketing tools aligned with Regional Marketing Build effective partnerships with other local and regional functions (Commercial, Development, Perfumers, Technical, Innovation) Engage and inspire by championing Indonesia market, brand & consumer insights, as well as key trends Identify new space and product opportunities for our customers. Ensure alignment and communication with Regional and Global Marketing, Category, Consumer insights and Commercial teams. Foster the diligent usage of knowledge management standard processes and tools within the region. Participate in Regional & Global Marketing meetings by representing your country. You bring
Bachelor’s Degree/University Degree/Business/Marketing (or equivalent) At least 5 years’ experience as marketing manager in Indonesia or international – marketing experience in a Fragrance House or in FMCG in Home or Beauty products is a plus Bahasa fluent & English advanced Expertise in analysing consumer data, spotting market trends and delivering relevant solutions. Brand building & product conception experience Flair for trends Passion for innovation Knowledge and/or high interest in Fragrance Excellent presentation skills and story-telling capability Good written communication skills We bring
