Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Pos Bloc - Manage the Pos Bloc brand, including developing and maintaining brand guidelines - Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as online, print, and social media - Develop and manage relationships with key influencers and media outlets - Plan and execute events that promote Pos Bloc and its tenants - Manage the Pos Bloc website and social media channels - Track and analyze marketing data to measure the success of campaigns - Prepare marketing budgets and reports Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event marketing and/or social media marketing - Strong understanding of the creative process and ability to develop compelling marketing materials - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Passion for the creative and cultural industries
