Job Description:
1. Handle hardware and software issues, troubleshoot network problems, and resolve related incidents promptly.
2. Hardware and Software Setup for office and Exhibition
3. System Maintenance
4. Network Troubleshooting
5. Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions, and IT inventory
6. Provide training and support to users on tech tools and applications to enhance their proficiency and productivity.
7. Follow security best practices and protocols to safeguard sensitive information and prevent security breaches
8. Stay updated with the technology
9. Handling E2E ticketing and registrastion platform for Events, including dealing with visitors Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
2. Experienced as an Office Support, IT Support Technician or in a similar technical support role.
3. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware components, and software applications
4. Basic understanding of IT security principles and data protection best practices
5. As our business is in MICE, you are expected to work in Weekends/holiday during events.
6. Able to work WFO everyday from Jakarta Pusat
