Operational Supervisor

Job Desc:
•⁠ ⁠Leading all designated departments within the company
•⁠ ⁠Maintain company Standard Operational Procedure for designated department
•⁠ ⁠Know and discuss all operational problems with the General Manager
•⁠ ⁠Make daily reports on outlet and production operational conditions
•⁠ ⁠Protect and provide education about company values to employees.
•⁠ ⁠Creating a conducive and harmonious work environment
•⁠ ⁠Handle customer complaints well and evaluate every complaint that occurs with the head of the department involved. Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠Experience as Operational Supervisor for 3 years minimum
•⁠ ⁠⁠Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent, Retail preferred
•⁠ ⁠Honest, Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST.
•⁠ ⁠Have good leadership and life values
