Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of our esteemed manufacturing clients in FMCG Industry a manufacturing company. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years of strong experience in human resources divisions and proficient in Mandarin. This position will be based in Cikarang, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee matters related to the Indonesian factory, acting as the local HR interface to liaise with relevant government departments such as the Ministry of Labor, and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Participate in the establishment of the company's human resources system from the ground up and develop the HR management system for the Indonesian branch.

Develop and maintain recruitment channels in line with business planning and complete tasks related to factory setup.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 10 years of HR experience

Proactive communicator with strong cross-departmental communication skills and excellent people recognition and understanding abilities.

Familiarity with the recruitment process and proficiency in using various recruitment tools, as well as knowledge of relevant Indonesian laws and regulations.

Experience in building factory teams and processes from scratch is highly preferred.

Strong dedication, professional ethics, and excellent teamwork awareness.

Proficient in Mandarin & Indonesia
